Depending on how you spec, you'll have different poisons and up to 3 available to use at one time, so pick what will give the most damage and survivability during leveling. You might also want to consider macro-ing Debilitating Dart into your builder (so that you use it on CD) for leveling, but I don't advise doing this in raiding when timing CDs is important.
